1 – Blood sugar crashes
When you eat, the carbohydrates in your food are broken down into glucose, your body’s main energy source. As glucose enters your bloodstream, your blood sugar rises. Your body then releases insulin to help move glucose into your cells.
If your blood sugar rises and falls too quickly, you may experience a “crash” afterward. And when blood sugar drops rapidly, fatigue, brain fog, and sluggishness often hit.
