Online booking is easy to do!
Click the Book An Appointment button for online booking and create your account profile. After creating your profile, login and select which treatment you want to schedule. Choose a day and time from the available appointment that works for you.
**For all new patient appointments a credit card is required to book an appointment online or over the phone.**
We will be closed on Monday, October 21st and Monday, November 18th.

We accept and are in-network with Medicare (Part B) and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO only. We are NOT in-network with BCBS Choice PPO, BCBS Choice Preferred PPO, or other BCBS plans. We do not accept Medicare Advantage Plans (Part C). Not all services are covered by insurance. Medicare only covers chiropractic manipulations. If you have questions or concerns regarding insurance, please call our office or contact your insurance company regarding your specific policy.
**Please understand that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. It is your responsibility to know what your plan covers and what your portion of the cost is. Please write down the details of any calls with your insurance company and who you spoke with in the event your visit is not covered, but were told it would be.**
