Welcome!

I am Dr. Cindy Jakubiec and I’ve been a chiropractor since 2001.  I created Anchored In Health because in all my year of practice I noticed that something was missing.  And that was a connection between different aspects of health care.  

For years, I’ve seen people treated only as their condition and nothing else.  It wasn’t until one day I started gaining weight, sleeping for hours and waking up exhausted, having headaches, feeling like I was always irritated and complete lost because no one understood.  That day I became that patient.  I needed help, but there was no one to turn to help me with all of my health concerns.

So, I started researching and taking as many classes as I could.  As the pieces started to come together, I realized that I didn’t need three or four different doctors.  What I needed was one place, one doctor, to see me as a whole person with all of my health concerns that were not happening randomly. 

And, that is why I created Anchored In Health.  It is for you!  It’s for the complete you.  You don’t need to be treated by a team of practitioners who never communicate and never look outside of the “box” or see you as a whole person.

I absolutely love chiropractic and I know the positive power of an adjustment! I also love nutrition and seeing the body heal from the inside out. And, that’s why Functional Medicine and Shape ReClaimed are so important to whole body health.
